Brisket Po’Boy – Beef brisket rubbed with our BBQ rub & brown sugar, hickory smoked, sliced thin, and finished on the flattop. Served on toasted sub roll with ginger poppy seed slaw, a side of house BBQ sauce, and house or curly fries.
Coconut Tilapia – Tilapia fillet encrusted with fresh coconut & Panko bread crumbs, pan sautéed, topped with mango salsa, and served atop rice pilaf. Served with choice of side and house or Caesar salad.
