Cobbler Is Good.

Every day at Patrick's there is a special cobbler of the day.  It changes with the seasons and changes with availability of some ingredients, but what doesn't change is how freaking delicious it always is.  Right now, we are using fresh peaches and a lot of seasonal berries such as strawberry, blackberry or blueberry in our cobblers.   We usually feature at least 2 different cobblers a day.  As any delicious, warm cobbler should be, it's topped with vanilla ice...
